Dua Lipa, an English performer and songwriter, was born in London, on 22 August 1995. After a stint as an actress and model she signed with Warner Bros Records. She made her self-titled debut album in the year 2017. The album reached the top 3 spot at the U.K. Charts and produced 8 singles. These included Be the one I.D.G.A.F and the U.K. Number One single New Rules as well as the U.K. No. 1 single New Rules. Lipa received the Brit Awards for British Female solo artist and British debut act in 2018. The album was certified platinum worldwide.
