April Bowlby, an American model and actress from the United States. She was known as Kandi, Stacy Barrett and Rita Farr from the CBS Comedy Series Two and a Half Men. April Michelle Bowlby, an American actress, is best known for her role for her role as Stacy Barrett on the American comedy drama Drop Dead Diva and Kandi from the sitcom Two and a Half Men. She began her career in modelling before going onto films and TV shows. as an extra made her small-screen debut in the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
