Lis Wehl, who was born September 19, 1961, in America she is an author as well as a the former legal expert of Fox News.
She previously served as an associate professor of law at The University of Washington Law School. She also has provided legal commentary for Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor, and National Public Radio. She's been as a guest on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World with Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File The Kelly File, featuring Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs and Megyn Kelly, and The Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl is a native of Yakima, and grew up in Yakima within Washington State, was a graduate of Yakima from West Valley High School. She received her bachelor's degree from Barnard College, followed by a master's degree in literature from the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl served as prosecutor in the US Attorney's office. The correspondent was a lawyer for the NPR program All Things Considered. She was the "deputy chief investigatory attorney for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's administration. Between 1995 and 2001, she served as a tenured professor of the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl was a Fox News Legal Analyst from the year 2001 through 2017.
