Kirsten Simone Vangsness is an American writer and actress who became famous by playing "Penelope Garcia" in the police procedural crime drama series, 'Criminal minds'. Kirsten Vangsness appeared as Penelope Garcia in the tv series Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders and also in two spin-offs of the show: Criminal Minds: Suspect Behaviour. Although she's primarily known for her TV acting Vangsness has also had a few smaller roles in films. Her first role was showbiz in the year 1998.
